RiConnect Positions as the Compliance Accelerator
RiConnect Inc., a provider of cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS), has issued a series of system updates that position the company as the compliance accelerator — empowering enterprises to meet regulatory requirements with confidence.

- DPP, QR code
The DPP securely records verified information across a product’s entire lifecycle — from manufacturing and asset management to reuse and recycling — in full alignment with the European Union’s Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation (ESPR), which aims to improve the sustainability of products placed on the EU market. Each product is assigned a unique digital identity generated by RiConnect, and each QR code corresponds directly to its DPP.
Users can instantly access verified product data, including compliance records, inspection reports, and sustainability information, simply by scanning the QR code, accessible instantly without login. With this new update, QR codes are generated directly from the RiConnect system, linking every registered DPP to its verified product data. This enhancement makes compliance more transparent and product traceability effortless. This innovation enhances transparency and simplifies traceability across global supply chains, turning compliance into a competitive edge.

- Inspection report, calibration certificates
Upon completing an inspection, companies can generate certificates to verify compliance. Now, RiConnect enables inspection companies to upload their own compliance reports, including inspection report and calibration certificates. This new feature enhances flexibility and streamlines data management, allowing inspection companies to keep all reports securely in one place. It simplifies compliance verification, centralises documentation, and improves collaboration between asset owners and inspectors.
- Maintenance template
During maintenance or inspection activities, comprehensive documentation is essential to ensure accuracy and traceability. RiConnect now supports multiple file formats (including MP4, PDF, PNG, and JPG), enhancing documentation and data exchange across modules. This update streamlines workflows, minimises manual uploads, and improves maintenance reporting accuracy, helping maintain complete digital records with ease.
- Certificate template
Users can enhance inspection workflow, and streamline inspection workflows, with customisable certificates. RiConnect now supports full customisation of certificate templates, empowering users to design and adjust their report, Declaration of Conformity, and Certificate of Conformity formats without difficulty. This update empowers companies to align documentation with their internal standards, while ensuring data consistency and compliance integrity.
- Smarter lifecycle management
When assets reach the end of their service life or become inactive, proper retirement ensures accurate reporting and well-organised records. Now, assets such as those affected by depreciation, damage, or ‘No Show’ rental cases, can be retired directly within RiConnect, giving clients greater control over the asset lifecycle and maintaining cleaner, more structured dashboards. Companies can keep asset data accurate, strengthen operational visibility, and ensure every record truly reflects real-world conditions.
- Data protection
RiConnect has further strengthened personal and corporate data protection, ensuring that every record and certificate is managed with the highest level of security and transparency. The platform continuously refines data access control and information visibility to safeguard sensitive details, while maintaining operational clarity for all users.
